Tell us a little about yourself

I am ACSM Certified Exercise Physiologist and Personal Trainer. I’ve competed in 4 shows (3 in California and 1 in Texas). I love delicious food and traveling.

How did you get started with bodybuilding?

My high school promoted bodybuilding. We had a contest called. Mr and Mrs Northrop and we prepped for a show. It was more like a figure category.

Where does your motivation come from?

My motivation comes from my background with fitness and medicine. I’m always trying to help people with their health.

What are some of your greatest achievements?

My greatest achievements have been working with the Wounded Warriors foundation, becoming an Exercise Physiologist and Winning Overall Bikini in my first show in Texas with a 7 week prep time (I moved to Texas Sept 2018).

What is your current training philosophy?

My current training philosophy is just trusting the process. I trust myself to know that creating the physique that I want takes time and true dedication.

What are 3 tips you would give to someone trying to reach their goal physique?

Don’t compare yourself to anyone ever! It’s ok to ask for help. Do it for you and not the trophy.

What is your diet like? And does it differ on-season vs. off-season?

I don’t use the word diet lol. On season is air, air and more air lol and off season I enjoy a carb and whiskey. No we all know how strict and disciplined you have to be during prep. Let’s just say during off season I don’t weigh my food.

When trying to cut down what type of cardio do you do and why?

I enjoy riding my bike. I either hit the streets or hook it up to my cycleops and ride indoors.

What is your next goal?

My next goal is to be a Physical Therapist and a mom!

What’s your favorite quote?

If you fail to plan you plan to fail.
