    I am a physical therapist and modeling a healthy and disciplined lifestyle for my patients is really important to me. I love pushing myself physically and mentally which is why I fell in love with weight lifting.

    I want to empower, educate, and inspire other women to transform their bodies and regain a renewed sense of self–just as I had.

  • Meet NFF Pro Vanessa Flores

    I competed in my first show at the Alamo Showdown 2021 in Novice Bikini and Athletic. That’s when I fell in love with bodybuilding and want to keep competing and share my passion with everyone.

    I am from the Cleveland, Ohio area. I work full time for a local park district as a naturalist and nature center manager.

    My motivation comes from my excessive need to be better than yesterday.  I love setting goals, challenging myself and seeing it through to the end.  It gives me a sense of accomplishment and it’s something that I can look back and say, “I achieved that”.

    I am a mom of 2 boys, wife to a firefighter and owner of Feisty Fox Fitness and Fox Den Fit Club. As a personal trainer and nutritionist, I love working with people, particularly women, to blossom into the best version of themselves physically, mentally, and emotionally.

    Darrell is a certified personal trainer from Houston. He own’s a business called dfitproFitness that specializes in nutrition, one on one training, group training, virtual training.

    I’m the CEO and Head Coach for Lit Fitness, where we focus on helping people look good, feel good, while still balancing a social life.

  • Meet NFF Pro Eric Murphy

    I’ve been in the U.S. Air Force military for almost 20 years. Married with 4 kids. I enjoy spending time with my family, working out, and playing video games.

    I’m an associate professor at South Texas College in McAllen with 26 years experience. Bodybuilding is my platform to inspire others to keep striving in all areas of life.
