 Eligibility: 

• Competitors must be 18 years or older by date of event.
• All initial requirements (before photos, InBody scan, and measurements) must be submitted by the registration deadline for your selected event. Deadline to register: September 7
• 90- Day Transformation Challenge will run September 7 – December 7

Judging Criteria:

Photos: 20%

Competitors must upload before and after photos through the Transformation Division Portal

Before Photo Requirements

• Must be taken within 30 of registration deadline (no images taken prior to August 7 will be accepted).
• Must match the required poses listed below.

Required Poses

• Front View – Hands on hips
• Side View – Arms extended straight forward

After photos must replicate the same poses, angles, and lighting as closely as possible for fair judging.

InBody / Body Composition Assessment: 35%

Competitors must submit a body composition scan (InBody or equivalent) with both their before and after photos.

Each scan must clearly show:

• Body weight
• Body fat percentage
• Date of assessment

Assessments may be completed at most gyms, training studios, or nutrition centers.

Circumference Measurements – 35%

Competitors must submit before-and-after measurements in inches.

Required measurement sites:

• Chest
• Waist (at belly button)
• Hips (widest portion)

Stage Posing – 10%

Competitors will come to stage in after-five attire and perform a front pose and back pose.

Measurements must be submitted through the Transformation Division Portal. If the final measurements are not received by DECEMBER 7, you will not be permitted to participate.
