Tell us a little about yourself

I’m the “fit vegan chef” Through my platforms, I share healthy vegan recipes and my personal journey to the stage. I love to inspire people to live an active, healthy, and compassionate lifestyle.

How did you get started with bodybuilding?

I was inspired by my husband and Plantbuilt team

Where does your motivation come from?

I love what I do! I am determined to inspire others and show you can achieve anything with plants and hard work.

What are some of your greatest achievements?

NFF Bikini Overall and Pro card win at the Super Show. NFF Poseidon Classic Pro debut Win. IFBB Olympia Amateur top 3.

What is your current training philosophy?

To enjoy every workout and lift as heavy as I can!

What are 3 tips you would give to someone trying to reach their goal physique?

Be consistent, be patience, and enjoy the journey.

What is your diet like? And does it differ on-season v. off-season?

It’s always VEGAN! It’s pretty much the same all year round. I eat more calories during the off season and less during prep.

When trying to cut down what type of cardio do you do and why?

I love to switch it up! I love to do steady state cardio and spinning

What is your next goal?

To release my second cookbook and be the best athlete I can be.
