Tell us a little about yourself

I’m an outgoing bubbly person who will dance anywhere. I have spent almost 11 years working in a hospital helping others heal, now my passion is helping others to develop healthy habits to prevent them from ending up in the hospital. As a personal trainer I want to inspire people to be confident and strong. I want to teach them how to find a balance between food, fitness and their personal life.

How did you get started with bodybuilding?

I’m always looking for a challenge. I am a goal driven person and thrive by hitting goals. Bodybuilding not only challenges me physically but mentally.

Where does your motivation come from?

My motivation stems from my passion for fitness. I’m always looking for something to push me to new limits. I’ve done CrossFit, Olympic Weightlifting and bodybuilding.

What are some of your greatest achievements?

I placed 4th in my first figure show over 7+ years ago. I competed at the USAW Regionals in the 69kg weight class. And lastly, landing my pro card at the Lone Star Muscle Mayhem.

What is your current training philosophy?

Finding Balance with personal life and fitness.

What are 3 tips you would give to someone trying to reach their goal physique?

Consistency. Do it for YOU, not anyone else. Find a routine that fits your life.

What is your diet like? And does it differ on-season vs. off-season?

I’m a flexible dieter. I love it. I don’t feel deprived (besides in prep lol) because I can make foods fit my macros. I count macros in both. I just eat way more calories in my off season.

When trying to cut down what type of cardio do you do and why?

I do intervals/spin classes/walk. I mix it up because I get bored.

What is your next goal?

Reverse diet and build a healthy strong body.

What’s your favorite quote?

Be the best version of YOU.
